I have had to put this photo project on hiatus this past year while I settled in to Las Vegas, but it’s time now to dust off and continue building this.
We are all voyeurs; not just us here in the U.S., but all of us as a species. We are obsessed with looking. We like to – we need to – watch.
Here’s the thing, though… most of us hate being watched. We hate being labelled as watchers, and generally, we won’t ever get involved in what we are watching. This is our greatest hypocrisy.
I am building this project as a 100 piece installation of life-sized images.
I want to know what it feels like to enter a room and be surrounded by an army of unblinking, unmoving and anonymous eyes staring relentlessly at me as I stare back at them.
I also want to know how others will react when they enter this room.
